The beach
Arenal d'en Castell is a circular sandy cove in the municipality of des Mercadal with a narrow opening to the sea. Easy access by vehicle to the surroundings following directions.
Notes
Popular tourist area with three enabled car parks. The central area of the beach is devoted to swimmers;both sides are separated by buoys, it is a water sports area. Fishing permitted with limitations, underwater prohibited.

How to get there
- 1Es Mercadal
Leave Es Mercadal travelling north towards 'Fornells' by the Me-15 road for about 4.5 km.
- 2Detour travelling to Mahón
Continue towards Mahón by the Me-7 for other 7.5 km up to the detour to "Arenal d'en Castell".
- 3Follow the signs to the beach
We will get to a roundabout and follow the signs to Arenal de'n Castell. We will see a level used as a parking overlooking the beach.
