Calviā
Calviā is a Majorcan municipality bordered by Puigpunyent, Estellencs and Palma. At present it is the second most populated area of the entire Balearic archipelago after Palma, and also one of the areas with a large tourist influx. There are approximately 300 days of sunshine and its average temperature is of 27 degrees Celsius in summer and 14 in winter. Its coastline extends from Cabo Andritxol to the area of Ca's Catalā, Ses Illetes. It is 54 km long with numerous beaches and coves apart from 10 islets. It is provided with a hotel option of more than 230 establishments including luxury hotels, rural houses, marinas, golf courses, athletics tracks, a water park, areas to practise hiking and tennis academies.
