OBSERVACIONES
This area of large pebbles offers a special landscape in Menorca. The access is by the famous "Camí de Cavalls" (Horse Riding Track). You can see hundreds of huge stones rounded edge, submerged and emerged, between them you can see a sandy bottom. This area of large pebbles offers a unique landscape in Minorca. Unfrequented cove accessible by Camí de Cavalls. Hundreds of huge stones with rounded edge can be seen, both submerged and emerged, and among them we will see a sandy bottom.

From Ciudadela
Leave Ciudadela towards Mahón by the Me-1. Continue about 8 km along the road until you see Camí del Pilar signposted.
Camí del Pilar
We will see the sign to Camí del Pilar in both ways. This detour will take us after 5km to the north of the island up to a clearing used as a parking.
Path
We wil follow a path northward under the shade of a forest.The path is simple though we will be going up a slope. At its top, there is a shaded picnic area overlooking Cala Pilar.
Camí de Cavalls
Going past the picnic area and seeing the sea,we will continue along Camí de Cavalls to our left. We will see a sign indicating it is private property, but we can only go throuh Camí de Cavalls.In 15/20 minutes we will reach Macar d'Alfurinet or Sa Bombarda.
