Cala Estremer is a beautiful unspoilt cove with very difficult access in Pollença. It is approximately 3.5 km from Cala Barques, there is a very old way of Republicans now used by hikers passing through tunnels, cliffs and passing very close to Cala Estremer.
OBSERVACIONES
Cove with a very difficult and dangerous access from Cala Barques, there is no path and there is a section of climbing. We recommend arriving by boat or kayak from Cala San Vicente. Another access is by the Ternelles path, but it is a private land, there are 9 km to reach the cove and you have to ask permission in the municipality of Pollença. We arrived at Cala Estremer thanks to guides of Click-Mallorca.

How to arrive at Cala Estremer
How to arrive at Cala Estremer
From Ternelles path
We must ask permission in the municipality of Pollença to access these lands. Is a simple way but private and approximately 8 km to the turn off to Cala Estremer.
Deviation path
From the path of Ternelles you have to turn but there is no way to Cala Estremer is a virgin field; you can see the coast from the path, so at the nearest point to the coast we must go through unspoiled countryside for 1 km: it is not easy.
Follow brands hikers
There are some mountains of stones guiding to hikers the access to the cove. We agreed from the left side of the creek, by a downpipe of stone and rocks.
Access from Cala San Vicente
There is a Republicans way near Cala San Vicente, it begins at the Ruiz de Alda street . It is a stone path and we have to abandoned it after the second rusty iron bridge: you can not see the path without a guide who knows the place and it's dangerous. You must climb two hills following brands of walkers and arrive to a cliff overlooking the two coves of the north (Cala Castell and Cala Estremer).
Cliff and slope
Once on the cliff you must skirting another km down to a point: without a guide can not be found, there are marks all over and can not see the path. After a dizzying descent down the cliff there is a slope no less dangerous for another kilometer. There is no visible path to do, you have to guess the possible access to Cala Estremer
